About the role

Job Description

As the Director of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to residents in our community. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals and ensure that all care is provided in accordance with the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the care team and ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric care.
  • Previous management experience is an asset.
