About the role
Job Description
As the Director of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services to residents in our community. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals and ensure that all care is provided in accordance with the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the care team and ensure compliance with care standards.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric care.
- Previous management experience is an asset.

- This is a permanent full-time position located in Bobcaygeon, ON.
