About the Role

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Outbound Sales Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for property management companies and condo board presidents, introducing them to our cutting-edge heat pump solutions. Your mission: book qualified appointments for our VP of Capital Projects to close deals and drive energy-efficient upgrades in residential buildings.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant career growth potential in a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to property managers and condo board presidents.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the VP of Capital Projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to continuously optimize outreach strategies and maintain a robust prospect database.

What We’re Looking For

  • No experience is required.
  • Strong relationship building and managing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and resilience in handling objections.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, energy efficiency, or property management is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $20/hour, paid weekly.
  • Bonus: $25/ per unit on every new heat pump sale.
