Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Rx Drug Mart in Wingham, ON .
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
- Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
- Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
- Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
- Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
- Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist
- Injection certification is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
