About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banking Digital Enrolment Agent with professional proficiency in French and English to support the digital onboarding and enrolment process for banking customers. The ideal candidate will also provide web-based support for digital banking applications, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in completing digital enrolment for banking services and online platforms.
- Provide bilingual (French and English) support via chat, email, or phone to address client queries and technical issues.
- Guide users through web-based banking applications , helping them navigate features, troubleshoot issues, and complete transactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as IT and operations to resolve technical issues and improve digital processes.
- Track and report customer issues using ticketing systems or CRM tools.
- Maintain compliance with banking policies, data protection standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service , banking , or digital support roles .
- Familiarity with online banking platforms , enrolment systems, and web-based tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM systems, web browsers, and standard office software.
