The role includes managing client appointments, offering personalized styling advice, and ensuring each customer has a premium experience. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
Day to day responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Research and identify potential clients through professional networks
- Achieve weekly targets
- Conduct cold calls daily
- Build long-term client relationships
- Present our premium collection during face-to-face meetings
- Develop business through strategic networking
- Track all activities in our business development system
- Travel to clients' offices for personalised appointments
