Short Description
Job Description
- Assist with maintaining retail lease agreements and related documents.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with lease terms, including insurance, signage, and maintenance obligations.
- Help process invoices, rent adjustments, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate data entry into lease management systems.
- Support the preparation of lease reports, rent rolls, and critical date trackers.
- Track utility consumption and process utility invoices for retail locations.
- Provide administrative support for projects, audits, or lease clean-up initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently completed a post-secondary or university-level program in marketing, business management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with external teams delivering feedback requests in timely manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- This is a paid internship position, starting immediately.
