About the role

As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Business Banking Associate**.**

Reporting to the Director of Business Banking, the Business Banking Associate is responsible for working in tandem with the Business Relationship Manager and spotting and actioning partner referrals, as well as providing analyses and recommendations on the various aspects of their individual portfolio. We want people who are able to look beyond the raw numbers and see the great businesspeople who make this region grow. The successful candidate will be required to stay abreast of industry changes and trends that affect their portfolio.

Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Strong time management skills and an intimate knowledge of financial statements
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization
  • Familiarity of the region, its culture and lifestyle, and a focus on small and medium-sized business would be an asset
