The work:

As an automation and functional tester, you will lead the testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.

Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Tosca test cases.

Additionally, you will perform continuous testing for API, regression suites, create automation scripts, and support data and environment configuration.

Your day-to-day activities will include developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Continuously improve test automation strategy and framework to optimize testing efficiency

Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end to end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.

This role is located in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Here’s what you need:
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca and SAP testing.
- Proven experience in designing and executing automated test cases.
- Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in French and English
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and its integration with test automation tools.
- Certification in Tosca or SAP
