As the Licensing Associate, you will be responsible for processing and renewing vehicle registrations as well as responding to incoming inquiries and requests including billing related tasks relevant to the Licensing team.

A Day in the Life

  • Process Licensing Renewals Monitoring
  • Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks
  • Process billing for all Licensing related tasks
  • Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month in question
  • Timely reconciliation of assigned Credit Card account
  • Execute incoming Service Cloud requests, ensuring accurate, detailed, and on time responses
  • Serve as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, assisting FPS and Commercial team as needed
  • Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks
  • Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs and vacation periods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Fleet industry experience is an asset
  • 2 – 3 years Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Highly customer focused, disciplined, and organized

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 to $71,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
