What You’ll Do
- Engage customers with energy and professionalism—build trust, identify needs, and present Hyundai’s full lineup.
- Lead test drives, product demos, and articulate the benefits of features, warranties, and incentives.
- Guide buyers through financing options and closing the sale with transparency and integrity.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups—driving referrals and repeat business.
- Accurately complete paperwork, update CRM entries, and collaborate seamlessly with service and finance teams.
- Stay current on new models, promotions, and Hyundai’s manufacturer programs.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting, social media outreach, and showroom traffic.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of sales experience. Commission-based environment and automotive experience is a strong asset.
- Confidence in fast-paced, results-driven settings and thrive on exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Clean driver’s license, flexible availability (evenings/weekends), and desire to continuously learn and grow.
