Description: The Pharmacist I is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. The Pharmacist I manages medication therapy by assessing patients for potential and actual drug related problems and intervening as required to optimize patient outcomes. This position is non-unionized.

Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: Graduate of a Pharmacy program or recognized equivalent required. Active license with the Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) required. Successful applicants will be required to attain additional prescribing authorization within 18 months of date of hire as a condition of employment.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with chemotherapy provision is considered an asset. Experience with Connect Care is considered an asset.
