This evolution allows us to offer customers a full suite of asset-based transportation including intermodal LTL and TL, logistics, cross-border, drayage and transload, warehousing, distribution, and final mile B2B and B2C.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Call Taking and Data Entry – entering pickups into the system concisely, manifesting, etc
- Scanning
- Responding to emails
- Supporting City Dispatch
- CSR – Providing support to our Customer Service team, taking calls from customers, tracing shipments
- Auditing Drivers Runs utilizing satellite tracking
- Ensuring Drivers are utilizing “Fastmobile” properly and auditing them daily
- Auditing Drivers paperwork – Bills of Ladings and Proofs of Deliveries to ensure they are filled out correctly
Skills Required:
- LTL experience in the trucking industry preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a stressful environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and email
- Must have a clean criminal record check

- Strong self-discipline and initiative
