Job description
As the Service Administrator, you will manage our service team members, including customer service interactions, reports and repairs in coordination with the office team. Ensuring the in-house shop service and the coordination of all in-house shop service technicians are running as effectively and efficiently as possible. ensuring a smooth process that meets the needs of customers and clients to create the highest level of efficiency and communication possible with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their service needs, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring prompt follow-ups. Regularly check in with key clients to maintain engagement and identify additional service opportunities.
- Answer and respond to service calls, emails for customers/ technicians inquires.
- Good judgement and decision making skills while communicating with Clients and team members
- Technical Support as needed via phone, front counter, sales etc.
- Support office management (ex; completing inventory orders and scheduling)
- Assist parts department with parts inquires via phone and front counter for walk-in clients
- Maintain customer files and records with detail
- Complete warranty claims regarding parts, labour and pricing to be processed.
- Responsible for coordinating and scheduling in-house shop service technicians’ daily workloads, to ensure proper compliance and service output.
- Assist the sales team with inquiries regarding service.
- May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis
Requirements:
- Clear and effective communication style, both written and oral
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to complete routine paperwork with detail
- The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment with strong customer relations skills
- Knowledge of food equipment supplies, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
