Lifecycle Marketing Manager
ivy Group is leading the search for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized, purpose-driven organization with a strong social impact mandate.
This newly created role is built for a data-savvy, consumer-obsessed marketer who thrives at the intersection of personalization, automation, and impact. You’ll own lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey—onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation—with a focus on app-based experiences that improve health outcomes and increase lifetime value.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and marketing peers to shape user behavior through targeted, high-performing campaigns. This is a good fit if you know how to turn behavioral data into action and want your work to have both purpose and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize multi-channel lifecycle journeys using email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, and retargeting
- Design and deploy personalized programs that move users through onboarding, education, engagement, and retention stages
- Leverage marketing automation tools (Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, etc.) to scale and automate campaigns
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to translate insights into action
- Monitor key metrics like activation, churn, CLV, and engagement rates—and adjust strategy accordingly
- Partner with paid media and creative teams to align messaging and ensure continuity across the funnel
What You Bring:
- Progressive experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing—ideally in a mobile-first or healthtech environment
- Strong grasp of marketing automation platforms and mobile engagement tools
- Proficiency in campaign analytics, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, and SQL
- Experience leading or heavily collaborating with cross-functional product, data, and design teams
- Comfort working in regulated industries or with healthcare communications standards
