About The Job
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant specializing in sales recruitment, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, sourcing high-performing sales professionals, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. Based in Toronto, you will drive new business opportunities and build strong candidate pipelines across various sales functions - from junior sales reps to senior account executives and sales leaders. This position offers the opportunity to partner with diverse businesses across multiple industries while helping top sales talent advance their careers.
What You'll Be doing
- Prospect and build business relationships with clients specifically hiring for sales roles across various industries
- Source and recruit top sales talent, filling positions from junior sales reps to senior account executives and sales leaders
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates through proactive sourcing, market research, and consistent relationship management
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess sales acumen, and skill-market high-potential profiles for current and future hiring needs
- Keep detailed records of client and candidate activity, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment efforts and placements
- Support overall team performance by contributing to recruitment strategy, client service, and division growth initiatives
What We Need From You
- 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a proven ability to build and grow client relationships
- Sourcing/head-hunting experience using various strategies such as social networks, research, and personal network
- Strong customer orientation with ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels
- Strong computer and administrative skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office.
- Personable, energetic, and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to follow our hybrid setup: 3 days a week in our Toronto office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) with the flexibility to work remotely for two days
