Duration: Fall (September to December)

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

OLG is now expanding our horizons even further, with a new strategic direction, to become a world class gaming entertainment leader with a globally admired digital platform.

Position Summary As a valued member of the Digital Delivery & Release Train, the Agile Enablement Student will be working with the Director Digital Agile Enablement & Scrum Masters to improve performance and outcomes with our labs, stakeholders, and managers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work collaboratively within an agile environment and partner with our digital labs and stakeholders
  • Develop knowledge of agile standards and methodologies, and leverage agile tools (i.e. Kanbanize, Miro, Confluence) to support initiatives within the Digital Division
  • Enable agile teams by facilitating knowledge transfer, capturing feedback, gaining alignment on processes and building documentation/best practices
  • Be part of creating experiments seeking opportunities to optimize within our own team or in collaboration with other divisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Engineering, or a related program at an Ontario College/University
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Passionate about learning, curious and willing to experiment
  • Able to communicate in an honest, kind and respectful way
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
