Role Description

This is a full time role located in Mississauga, ON for a Traffic Tickets Paralegal at IMRAN KHAN LAW OFFICE. The Paralegal will be responsible for handling various traffic ticket cases, which includes preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and assisting attorneys in court proceedings. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting motions, filing documents, client communication, and legal research to support case strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research and Document Review
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Experience with traffic ticket cases is a plus
• Relevant paralegal certification or diploma is required
