Job Description Job Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Montreal - Hybrid (1-2 days at the office per week)

✨ The Opportunity We’ve grown from 35 to 75 employees in just one year — and we’re not done. As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take a strategic, data-driven, and creative approach to recruitment.
You’ll help shape our hiring roadmap, elevate how we position ourselves in a competitive talent market, and ensure every hire we make pushes our mission — and our culture — forward. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, partner with our People and Marketing teams, and collaborate with another TA Partner to refine and evolve our hiring playbook as we grow.
This isn’t just a recruiter role — it’s a builder role. We’re looking for someone who can own their pipeline, influence employer brand strategy, champion process improvements, and help us scale recruitment like a well-oiled product function.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to close.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — from intake to offer — bringing both insight and influence to the table.
- Design sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn: referrals, communities, partnerships, outbound campaigns, etc.
- Conduct thoughtful interviews to assess alignment, impact potential, and cultural fit.
- Champion candidate experience — smooth, personalized, and consistent.
- Continuously optimize tools and systems like our ATS (Ashby) and sourcing stack; suggest and test automation.
- Track and report on KPIs — hiring velocity, pipeline health, candidate NPS, and more — to steer strategy and surface insights.
- Co-lead our employer brand and EVP work with Marketing and HR: careers page, campaigns, social content, etc.
- Experiment and iterate — we want someone who’s not afraid to test new tactics and share what works.
- Stay sharp — keep a pulse on TA best practices and talent trends to ensure we’re staying ahead of the game.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth tech or agency environments.
- A solid track record recruiting across both technical and business roles.
- Confidence partnering directly with senior stakeholders and leading complex searches.
- Proven ability to balance volume and quality, without sacrificing candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing chops — you’re proactive and know how to build pipelines from scratch.
- Experience using tools like Ashby, LinkedIn RSC, AI tools, and automation platforms.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strategic mindset, high ownership, and a genuine love for finding great humans.
