The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Branch Coordinator to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and supporting branch visitors and assisting employees with various administrative tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Branch Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Branch reception duties, including answering phone calls, transferring callers to the correct contact, and directing walk-in visitors at the branch

Collaborating with the Parts department to ensure parts accuracy for service jobs
-
Acting as a safety captain for the branch, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to while maintaining up-to-date safety records
-
Tracking invoices and following up with vendors as needed
-
Entering and updating customer and equipment information in the CRM
-
Coordinating shipments and interoffice mail
-
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and branch marketing items
-
Completing expense reports and providing administrative support for all departments including sales, rentals, parts, and service
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

Three years of previous administrative or coordination experience
-
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills, planning skills, and multitasking ability
-
Polished interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels

Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Confident self-starter and team player

The base pay range for this role is: $48,000 to $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is an onsite role based in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
