Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time – 1 Weekend/Month + On-Call Coverage)
Location: Twist, Kitsilano, Vancouver (2952 W 4th Ave)

Twist is a well-loved boutique in the heart of Kitsilano, and we’re looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay connected to fashion in a low-commitment, high-style way. You’d work one weekend a month and be available to cover the occasional sick or vacation day.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for every shopper
- Style clients and help them build confidence (and great wardrobes)
- Offer honest feedback and guidance on fit and styling
- Keep the store looking beautiful: tagging, hanging, merchandising
- Jump in where needed – light cleaning, organizing, and team support
Who You Are:
- You’ve got an eye for style and a love for helping people feel great
- Friendly, approachable, and great with people
- Strong communicator who listens to what customers are really looking for
- A team player who’s happy to jump in and support wherever needed
- Familiar with brands, fit, and current trends
The Details:
- 1 weekend per month, plus occasional shifts to cover sick or vacation days
- Must be available on-call and flexible with scheduling
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
