Required Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience in Agile environments , including enterprise-level coaching and transformation.
- Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks
Required Skills:
- Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment.
- Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Description of Duties:
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams.
- Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
- Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
- Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
- Deliver training and certification programs to build Agile capability across the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
