Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Trainer DS Special Projects, contract status, to take the lead in delivering impactful training as part of the network modernization program across the TJX Canada Distribution Service Network. In this critical role, you will oversee the successful execution of training initiatives, equipping teams with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a modernized environment. What You’ll Do

  • Executes rollout of DC training programs for network modernization programs across TJX Canada Distribution Services Network leveraging Operating Model tools and resources
  • Participates in IT demo sessions, provides feedback on design and user experience, contributes to testing scenarios and performs systemic user acceptance testing as needed to ensure the correct outcomes are achieved and develop own expertise as superusers of new systems
  • Collaborates and consults with DC Operations, Business Change Management, IT Project Teams and Training teams to define training needs, identify resource opportunities, and develop plans to execute and achieve business requirements
  • Monitors progress and evaluates training program implementations (skill transfer on the job, content, methods); collaborates with the Manager of DS Special Projects and DC Operations teams to identify training gaps, needs and opportunities to maximize training effectiveness across DS network

About You

  • Minimum three (3) years of Distribution/Supply Chain, Operations experience; post-secondary education in Business or related field preferred; labour relations experience considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitation/presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives, experienced in creating communication messages and plans and participating/leading meetings/presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor, including strong consulting, listening, and information gathering skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System & general computer skills including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel to local and out-of-province Distribution Centers is required

Salary Range: $74,752.50-$104,653.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
