- Digital Transformation & Innovation: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies. Ensure successful IT project execution aligned with business goals and high delivery standards.
- Cybersecurity & IT Governance: Develop and maintain cybersecurity protocols and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., Ontario Cyber Security Framework). Champion a culture of cyber awareness and risk mitigation.
- IT Infrastructure, AMI & OT Support: Ensure performance and integration of IT infrastructure. Guide cloud migration and hybrid security. Support AMI systems and collaborate on OT cybersecurity and strategy with Engineering & Operations.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage IT operating and capital budgets. Align investments with long-term business objectives, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. Participate in Board meetings and represent London Hydro in industry forums and regulatory committees.
- Shared Services: Promote opportunities to share technology solutions and expertise with industry partners, generating value and collaboration.
