Position Summary
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Junior Event Agent to support our marketing and events team. In this on-site role, you’ll be at the forefront of live marketing activations—engaging with the public, promoting brand messages, and assisting with the smooth execution of promotional events across Toronto.
This role is perfect for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy working with people, and are looking to break into the marketing and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events and activations across the city
- Interact with potential customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
- Communicate brand messaging clearly and effectively
- Support event set-up, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Maintain a strong understanding of client products and services
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and reporting on event success
- Ensure all activities comply with company and client standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality
- Ability to work on-site and travel to different event locations within Toronto
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including some weekends)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or events is an asset, but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
