We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, Marketing to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple Pattison Food Group banners, with a focus on brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance. In this role, you will oversee high-impact campaigns that align with business objectives and reinforce a consistent, compelling brand presence across all channels.

We’re seeking a seasoned people leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving a culture rooted in innovation and accountability. As a senior leader, you will also mentor emerging talent and help shape organizational priorities through strategic insight and data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading brand strategy and integrated marketing planning for multiple Pattison Food Group banners across Western Canada.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that bring brand and product stories to life, from concept to final delivery.
  • Overseeing go-to-market initiatives, including new product launches, promotional programs, and banner-specific campaigns.
  • Managing the full marketing budget - including planning, tracking, and reallocation to maximize ROI and campaign impact.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of brand marketing professionals within a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance using data and KPIs to inform future strategy.
  • Supporting retail store teams with localized marketing programs tailored to community needs.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in digital, loyalty, CRM, merchandising, and finance to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Managing agency partners and vendor contracts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value.
  • Applying consumer insights and market research to guide segmentation, positioning, and message development across all initiatives.
  • Negotiating contracts and partnerships.

You have:

  • A Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a senior capacity, preferably working in a CPG environment in the grocery or retail industry.
  • Experience working with brands that have strong consumer awareness.
  • Experience with project management software considered an asset.
  • Agency experience, e-commerce or specialist experience in health & wellness or ethnic marketing would be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to create exciting marketing plans with proven success in consumer marketing and/or digital direct-to-consumer.
  • A strong digital marketing background including experience with web, content, paid media, email marketing and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in and have a deep understanding of social responsibility & sustainability for a global brand.
  • Ability to drive maximum impact of brands while working with nimble budgets.
  • A valid driver’s licence, vehicle and ability to travel on an as needed basis.

$99,637.00 - $132,849.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
