About the role
We are seeking a tech-savvy and knowledgeable customer service enthusiast to join our team in a flexible capacity as a Customer Service Representative.
Reporting to the President, the Customer Service Representative will support the company across multiple departments and areas of business with a focus on supporting our existing and new clients across Canada and North America.
Duties include:

Respond to inbound inquiries via email, phone calls, and online web chat.

Engage with customers and public at large on community platform and social media platforms.

Customer Service support (respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from current and prospective students or customers of the remote pilot network)

Coordinate flights for clients, pilots, and flight reviews

Social Media messaging and coordination

Supporting Coastal Drone students as they navigate and complete online courses.

Operational support with administrative tasks, sales support, and general office duties.
About you
The successful candidate will manage direct relationships with Coastal Drone Co’s customers through online support & dispute resolution.
Excellent communication & organizational skills are a must. As the first point of contact with our customers, you set the tone for how our company is viewed by our buyers, and have a direct impact on how likely a customer is to recommend us or shop with us in the future.

Proficient with Google Cloud Suite, Slack, and other common communication tools.

Ideally you love drones, drone regulations and online education, or cool gadgets and technology in general.

Are excited to be a part of a rapidly growing company and can navigate a fast-paced environment. Able to work and lead either on a team or individually.
Special Requirements:
- Experience with operating drones, model aircraft, general aviation, or commercial aircraft is ideal. Thorough knowledge of Transport Canada CARS Part IX is amazing!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
