Condo Conveyance Coordinator (Term Position – 3 to 4 Months)
Location: Meridian Development – Saskatoon, SK
Position Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
Are you an experienced professional in the condo development world with a passion for seamless closings and excellent customer service? We're seeking a Condo Conveyance Coordinator to join our team on a short-term basis to help ensure a smooth and efficient transition from development to move-in for our valued buyers.
About the Role:
In this term position, you will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating all aspects of the condo closing process. You'll serve as a key point of contact between lawyers, buyers, and strata management, helping to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with legal teams to facilitate condo closings.
- Send Completion Notices.
- Organize and schedule buyer move-ins.
- Address and resolve buyer concerns and inquiries.
- Assist in procuring and collaborating with strata management companies.
- Fill in any administrative or coordination gaps that arise during the closing phase.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with condo closings for a developer in Canada.
- Strong understanding of the condo conveyance and closing process.
- Experience with condo closings in British Columbia is a strong asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong administrative abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
- Term: 3 to 4 months
- Start Date: As soon as possible
