Your contribution! Reporting to director – Human resources and talent acquisition. You will participate in the full-cycle recruitment process by focusing on attracting exceptional and diverse talent and delivering a positive candidate experience while ensuring we hire top talent to meet our business objectives. Collaborating closely with our business managers and HR business partners, you’ll provide timely recruitment updates, leverage data analytics, and support the hiring team on interviews and assessments.

Your day-to-day!

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs, jobs specifications, and qualifications necessary to fill positions;
  • Manage full cycle recruitment (local and international), including approving positions, postings, screening of applications, interviews, compensation negotiation and coordinate all administrative aspects related to recruiting;
  • Develop recruitment strategies based on hiring needs there are in line with human resources policies;
  • Provide an extraordinary experience to candidates, hiring manager and various stakeholders;
  • Ensure to meet and exceed key performance indicators that measure the quality and effectiveness of recruitments activities;
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition projects related to diversity, social media, and school partnerships;
  • Contributes to the creation of tools and process improvement activities;
  • Active presence on various social and professional networks to promote our employer brand and to attract top talent;
  • Other miscellaneous duties as may be required.

Your skills, our requirements!

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant corporate experience;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience;
  • Full cycle recruiting experience;
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices;
  • Accredited human resources professional, strong asset;
  • Experience managing requisitions across different business areas from entry level to mid level positions;
  • Experience developing social media campaigns;
  • Very strong sense of responsibility and collaboration;
  • Exercise judgment, discretion, and diplomacy;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills;
  • Passionate about providing candidates an extraordinary experience;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be proactive and show initiative;
  • Strong ability to prioritize, adapt and to work on various projects at once;
  • Ability to influence and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis. Spanish would be a strong asset.

Additional considerations!

  • The position is based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
  • This position is a P2 level.
