Job Description We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team and support the ongoing evolution of our Workday system. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for the system and partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure scalable system solutions, provide day to day support to the organization, and ensure data integrity within the system.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of Workday solutions to implement new functionality and enhancements
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects
- Provide day to day Workday system support for HR, including ticket resolution
- Responsible to configure the Absence and Time Tracking module in Workday based on business and regional requirements
- Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and reports that address business needs
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize processes within and outside the system using Workday capabilities
- Stay current on new system features, updates and best practices and share insights with the team to facilitate continuous improvement
- Contribute to change management activities by communicating and educating our key user (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications)
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of strong hands on configuration experience in 2 or more of the Workday modules: Absence & Time Off, Time tracking and Payroll.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in French and English. The employee will collaborate with teams and colleagues outside of Quebec.
- Ability to communicate technical or business information to various audiences (non-technical, HR team etc...) in layman’s terms.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sensitive data
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
- Knowledge of the module Scheduling and Labor Optimization an asset.
- Strong analytical, multitasking and interpersonal skills
