Position Summary
The successful candidate for this full time, temporary position will be responsible for updating and maintaining building floor plans using AutoCAD and ARCHIBUS
Job Duties/Responsibilities
-
drafting and updating floor plans to reflect changes to Division buildings
-
reviewing existing floor plans for accuracy
-
visiting sites, creating as-built drawings or taking measurements
-
updating and maintaining the ARCHIBUS drawing database using AutoCAD May 3D, OSIS, and ARCHIBUS Smart Client
-
updating building information in conjunction with Infrastructure Planning staff
-
AutoCAD drafting tasks as required entering project information into the Provincial VFA system
Education/Qualifications
-
Diploma in Architectural Technology, Interior Design or Engineering Design and Drafting Technology
-
related experience, including experience with AutoCAD and construction drawings is an asset
Rate of Pay
$32.48 - $41.36 per hour
