About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Coordinator to join our HR team. You’ll be a key player in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities across Chartright. This role is ideal for a dependable team player; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
️ What You’ll Do:
- Act as strategic partner to our internal clients, providing end-to-end recruitment support for a variety of roles
- Collaborate closely with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop an in-depth understanding of staffing needs and job requirements
- Manage job postings on various platforms such as LinkedIn, internal careers sites and various industry job boards to ensure the attraction of top talent
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs specific to aviation talent pipelines
- Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Oversee our corporate referral program
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for effective talent selection as future needs arise
- Coordinate and manage pre-screens, interview scheduling, assessments, and onboarding activities such as reference checks and offer letters
- Facilitate debriefs and feedback collection post-interview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
- Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities
- Lead efforts to increase automation in our recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending system improvements Ensure all recruitment SOPs, policies, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current practices
What You Bring:
- Post-secondary education in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling tools.
- A sense of urgency, business acumen, and a passion for people and culture. Aviation industry experience is an asset.
