We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our shop environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring product quality, and driving sales through effective demonstrations and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop operations and manage team performance to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Assist in technical sales processes, providing expert advice and support to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment that promotes safety and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Train new staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving orders as needed.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Open and close store, End of day POS, balance till

- Strong background in sales with the ability to engage customers effectively.
