We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Live-In House Manager to support a busy executive couple in Vancouver. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to live on-site and take ownership of the smooth daily operation of a private home. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, discreet, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-run, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Typical duties for this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning, tidying, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the home.
- Handle complete laundry care: washing, ironing, folding, organizing clothing and linens, and changing bed linens.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including meal planning, daily cooking, and post-meal clean-up.
- Shop for groceries and household essentials; manage pantry organization and inventory restocking.
- Walk and care for household pets (e.g., dog walking, feeding).
- Oversee household inventories and supplies, ensuring timely purchasing and re-stocking.
- Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and household correspondence.
- Assist with family scheduling and calendar coordination; perform light administrative tasks and occasional errand running (vehicle provided).
- Regularly inspect the property for maintenance or safety issues; coordinate or report repairs to contractors as needed.
- Ensure all doors, windows, and entry points are secured; promptly report any safety or security concerns.
- Organize and maintain storage areas, closets, and household items in an orderly manner.
- Assist in planning, set-up, and clean-up for family gatherings or special events, including table settings, décor, and special arrangements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a similar role (household management, hospitality, or private service)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A love of home organization, cooking, and creating an inviting atmosphere
- Professional, respectful, and trustworthy
- Must be comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to live on-site full-time
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Must love dogs
