Senior Analyst, Accounting
Location: Mississauga, CA

This position reports to the Senior Manager – Finance at Bulloch Technologies in Canada and is responsible for various accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, some tax activities, and various other accounting duties. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of ethics, detail, organizational aptitude, and the ability to collaborate across all functional areas of the business constructively.
Key responsibilities

Process vendor and service providers invoices for payment.

Review vendor and service provider agreements.
-
Monitor company expenditures such as fixed assets.
-
Verify contractors expense reports and process payments.
-
File and pay taxes.
-
Financial reporting relating to Inventory, Fixed Assets and AP.
-
Inventory counts and reconciliation of inventory.
-
Cheque deposits using cheque deposit machine.
-
Reconcile statements and payment records on a timely basis.
-
Ensure payment credits are applied correctly.
-
Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments.
-
Streamline payment process.
-
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum BS or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline

Minimum three years general accounting experience.

Minimum two years QuickBooks experience preferred

Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
