ATHX is the best-equipped athletic performance facility in Edmonton, and we are looking to add Physiotherapy to our service offerings.
ATHX sets the bar for sports performance in Edmonton - our goal is to close the gap between the pro athlete and the everyday athlete, with a facility and team that deliver the best in training and recovery.

WHAT WE OFFER:
An opportunity to practice Physiotherapy in a multidisciplinary setting. The team includes sports chiro, massage, acupuncture, kinesiology, and sports psychology. Developing and leading a physio team is possible for a candidate who wishes to take on a leadership role. The clinical team meets regularly for continued learning through case study discussions.
High-energy atmosphere with a motivated clientele – professional, university, teenage, and weekend warrior athletes, as well as active living populations. Access to business partnership clientele including in-house baseball academy, in-house basketball, Alberta Ballet, Alberta School of Ballet, TOP track, Edmonton Riverhawks and more.

State-of-the-art facility and technology including Keiser equipment, GameReady, Normatech, VALD, and Proteus. We also boast a 50-yard track, indoor batting cage and a half basketball court.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques.
Experience
- A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required.
