Adecco is actively seeking a detail-oriented Finishing & Warranty Manager in Calgary, AB, offering $100,000-$120,000 per year. You will oversee interior finishes, manage quality inspections, lead homeowner walkthroughs, and handle warranty service. This role requires strong coordination with construction teams and trades, excellent problem-solving, and a focus on delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with construction and design teams to implement interior specifications and coordinate finishing trades.
• Identify and resolve layout or installation issues during construction.
• Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality and manage deficiency lists through pre-occupancy.
• Lead Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), homeowner orientations, and final walkthroughs, communicating key information clearly.
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty issues, coordinating timely resolutions with trades and service providers.
• Track warranty trends and suggest improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, preferably in multi-family or condominiums.
• Strong warranty and quality assurance background.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, interior finishes, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to site changes.
• Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with home warranty programs (Alberta New Home Warranty, Tarion) is an asset.
