Responsibilities

  • Respecter la politique de gestion de la qualité et de l'environnement, les procédures opérationnelles normalisées et les instructions de travail, garantissant ainsi la conformité à ces systèmes.
  • Respecter les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, ainsi que toutes les lois établies par les agences locales, étatiques et fédérales.
  • Visiter régulièrement les clients et les prospects.
  • Rédiger des rapports d'appel hebdomadaires sur toutes les visites clients et soumettre les notes de frais hebdomadaires au directeur régional des ventes.
  • Rédiger un itinéraire hebdomadaire et le transmettre au directeur régional des ventes.
  • Tenir des dossiers écrits efficaces et détaillés sur tous les clients et rapports.
  • Faire des recommandations de produits et proposer une assistance technique supplémentaire si nécessaire.
  • Établir un budget de vente pour le territoire ou les comptes assignés en collaboration avec le directeur régional des ventes.

Qualifications

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en contact direct avec la clientèle – vente technique directe ou ingénierie d'application.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de lubrifiants, de produits chimiques ou d'équipements mécaniques, de préférence.
  • Capacité à se déplacer selon les besoins du poste et du territoire.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Exigences : solides compétences informatiques, notamment Windows, MS Office, ACT, PowerPoint et messagerie électronique.
  • Autonomie, gestion du temps efficace et sens de l'organisation.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe au sein du groupe Klüber.
