The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

We are a small boutique style clinic in the heart of downtown Victoria. We have three restorative and three hygiene operatories. We offer a variety of dental services and have a healthy patient base, as well as long term staff.

SCHEDULE:

• Full time or part time opportunity for an Orthodontic CDA
• Part time opportunity available on Tuesday and Wednesdays if you do not have your Orthodontic module
• Full time may be considered without Orthodontic module for the right candidate

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting certificate
• Registered or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
• Orthodontic module an asset but not required
• New graduates welcome
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
