In this unique and beautifully designed space, customers can eat and drink while overlooking the creative lab as our chefs and cooks are busy making breads, pastries, pastas and other goods for our locations and for purchase at the storefront. It is a lively environment where wine, food and the theatrics of production meet.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality driven Daytime Bartender to join our exceptional restaurant team at our one of a kind gem Spaccio East location. Spaccio East, and its parent Gruppo Terroni, is the Industry leader when it comes to providing a traditional and authentic Italian culinary experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, crafting exceptional cocktails and curating exceptional guest experiences! Well groomed and possessing a great sense of style, you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and beautiful casual fine dining environment.

Description Of Role:

As an important member of our FOH service team you are not only preparing the finest cocktails and crafting the perfect cappuccino but you are also serving up the most amazing experience for our guests. You play an integral role in delivering finely crafted drinks at the service bar as well as delivering excellent service to our guests at the bar, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone! Reporting to the location restaurant management team, serving guests at the bar and preparing beverage orders in a consistent and timely manner for the restaurant servers, are the primary responsibilities of the Bartender. Scheduling is flexible however we are ideally looking for a candidate that is looking for day shifts. A minimum of 1 year bartending experience, some Italian wine knowledge and basic cocktail crafting experience preferred. A passionate, professional and outgoing personality a must! Smart Serve Certification required. This is a full time position with shifts that are primarily in the daytime and may include weekends and holidays.

You Bring:

• Passion for greeting and creating engaging and exceptional customer interactions
• Min 1 year bartender experience
• Working knowledge of POS systems (Silverware, Toast)
• Smart Serve Certification
• Daytime Availability
• Team mindset
• Proficiency in English (Italian also an asset!)
• Working knowledge of Italian Food, Wine, Language and Culture an asset
