The Analyst Confirmations will be responsible for preparing, administering and maintaining physical transaction confirmations for Crude and NGL for Tidal Energy Marketing Inc. and financial confirmations for Enbridge Corporate entities in accordance with internal procedures, risk controls and audit requirements.

What You Will Do
- Accountable for preparing, administering and maintaining physical transaction confirmations for Crude and NGL for Tidal Energy Marketing Inc.
- Learn full suite of financial confirmation activities, providing comprehensive back-up support to include preparing, administering and verifying confirmations under ISDA transactions (IR/FX, and commodity including Bloomberg and ICE matching) for all Enbridge entities, ensuring risk is mitigated by timely and accurate verification
- Ensure eConfirm transactions are accurately handled. Liaise with internal personnel (Contracts Advisor, Contract Specialists, Pricing Analysts, Traders, etc.) to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all transaction confirmation terms
- Liaise with external counterparties to ensure correctness and mutual acceptance of transaction confirmation terms
- Perform data entry and transaction term validations of transaction terms in multiple systems, including Egistix, ICE eConfirm and OpenLink.
- Follow the Contracts Policy and Records Management Policy for all confirmations issued Work with Contract Negotiators to ensure all confirmations affected by Force Majeures are retrieved for responses to affected counterparties
- Identify streamlining opportunities of processes and systems
Required Who You Are:
- University Degree or Technical Diploma with limited experience OR a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well alone and within a team environment
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Ability to adapt to and be open to change
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft, Excel and Word
Preferred
- 1-2 years of confirmations related experience
- Openlink knowledge desirable
Working Conditions
- Standard open office environment
- Computer work for approximately 7-8 hours per day
