ASSISTANT MANAGER at our Whitby location.
You will be a part of the management team of a multi-million-dollar retail location and be trained to lead a highly motivated team of sales professionals to repeated success and steady growth.
You must possess enthusiasm, caring and a determination-to-succeed. Your knowledge of the Edmonton marketplace and entrenchment within the local community will serve you well in this leadership position. Job Duties Include, but not limited to:
· - ensure the store is achieving sales goals
· - lead the sales team, analyze performance and execute sales strategies
· - responsible for training, scheduling and performance management of sales associates
· - effective floor management and compliance with KPI’s
· - champion of customer service
· - Mentor and aid in the development of new hires.
· - Adhere to and enforce all company polices
· - Coaching and providing feedback to colleagues in a positive environment
· - Set and track personal and departmental goals to encourage growth
