VRIFY is seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Advisory Services to lead and evolve our Strategic Advisor team, supporting mining exploration clients with high-impact insights across technical, commercial, and stakeholder-facing domains.
This leader will build and scale a skills-based practice model, connecting client challenges with specialist expertise in areas such as exploration targeting, data modeling, investor communication, AI, and ESG.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how exploration-stage mining companies access and apply expertise, using AI, 3D visualization, and modern consulting methods to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Advisory Services aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership and Development

Scale and develop a high-performing, customer-facing team with diverse industry backgrounds to provide comprehensive coverage of our entire Visualization and AI customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management

Oversee advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with client goals and needs assessments, positioning VRIFY as a trusted, indispensable partner in their mining journey.
- Operational Excellence

Build scalable processes, templates, and reporting for adoption, growth and retention playbooks aligned to strategic goals.
- Systems and Enablement

Own the design and optimization of internal systems for need intake, routing, tracking, and reporting.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting:
- Stay ahead of market trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to refine the customer experience.
Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Geology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications related to mining or capital markets are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting, strategy or advisory services, with at least 2 years specifically within the mining industry or capital markets.
- Proven track record scaling and leading cross-functional, client-facing teams.
- Proven track record of successfully driving product adoption, customer retention and revenue growth in a B2B environment, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.

- Customer-Centric: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable relationships.
- Data-Driven: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven history of success in a competitive market environment. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and metrics to guide decisions.
- Technology Expertise: Familiarity with CRM / analytics tools to optimize customer relationship management and processes.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
