Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on commercial cleaning standards.

This is a salaried position with part-time hours, requiring an average of 25 hours per week in the evenings and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or facility maintenance activities.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with good communication skills.
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
• Must have a Class 5 license and your own vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $3,250.00 per month
