We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant

to assist in managing and executing our influencer marketing campaigns

. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand partnerships while working closely with our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Assist in outreach to influencers, draft email communications, and track responses
• Support influencer onboarding (contracting, coordination, follow-ups, etc.)
• Monitor influencer content and ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards
• Collect and organize performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI)
• Help manage influencer CRM/database and maintain accurate campaign records
• Contribute ideas to improve influencer activation, engagement, and retention

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and creator/influencer trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable with outreach and building rapport over email or DMs
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and tracking tools
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok Creator Marketplace or influencer marketing tools is a plus
• Creative mindset with an eye for content, virality and branding

Assets

• Previous experience working with influencers (freelance or internship)
• Basic knowledge of marketing KPIs (CTR, views, reach, impressions, etc.)
• Experience with content creation process and/or tools (CapCut, Canva etc)
• Ability to communicate in another language such as French, Spanish or Italian
• Interest in marketing web mobile apps (iOS and Android)

Work conditions

• Contract from July 2025 to January 2026 (with possible extension).

• Must be available to work on-site at our Montreal Office every Tuesday and Thursday
