About the role
Sherwood Motorcars is looking for a part time receptionist for coverage of our Saturday shift from 11am-4pm. There is a potential for hours to increase between on-call coverage and permanent hours into the fall. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience as they enter our dealership. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the dealership.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing and organizing documents.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
