Duties Include:

· Assist with month end closing, account reconciliations as well as preparation of financial statements

Full-cycle Accounts Payable function including preparation of EFT files

· Assisting the Accounts Receivable Specialist including posting payments, sending statements, and contacting customers for collections.

· Account Reconciliations/Analysis

Review and close purchase orders

· Other accounting duties related to the Finance Department as assigned.

Desired Requirements:

• 2+ years relevant experience
• College Diploma in Accounting
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills & diligence administratively
