Title: Senior IT Cloud Specialist
Salary: $99,899 - $117,528 - $135,158 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location: Sinclair Office (Metro Vancouver) - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
About the role
As Senior IT Cloud Specialist, you will play an integral role in helping FNHA build a holistic cloud and application strategy, while working with the teams in IMIT to deliver the cloud infrastructure and support needed to move the organization into the cloud. You will provide technical leadership during the design, build, and configuration, implementation and maintenance phases of major cloud technologies. As well as you will engage with vendors and supports teams when necessary to ensure that any incidents are resolved. Additionally, you will proactively contribute to initiatives in the development of policies, and governance to meet audit and security requirements. In addition you will lead the implementation and management of M365 - Intune, Purview, Defender, TEAMS, and OneDrive.
About you
Education
- A degree in Computer Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Occupational certification (required)
- Microsoft Azure Certifications
- Cisco Certifications
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience creating and managing public and private cloud environments
- Experience in migration to M365 services
- Experience in the M365 security and governance
- Strong background working with Cloud Software companies
- Experience with Cybersecurity, Information Security solutions
Knowledge
- Expert Knowledge of Software licensing frameworks for Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle
- Expert knowledge of IT hardware and software (Server, Storage, Networking, OS, ERP)
- Knowledge of the IT request for quotation; and request for proposal processes
- Expert Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
