As a Business Development Manager at Yakta, you’ll lead the charge in North America—selling premium mowers, opening new doors, and making your mark in a company that’s rewriting the playbook on what it means to move fast and win big.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own your pipeline – manage inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels (web, social, phone, dealers)

  • Create relationships – from the first touch to long-term loyalty

  • Sell smarter – support dealers, spot trends, and help tailor the customer journey

  • Follow up like a boss – keep Yakta’s CRM (Salesforce) clean and moving

  • Collaborate across teams – work closely with marketing and client care to ensure we deliver more than what’s promised

  • Train and educate – make our products impossible to ignore

  • Represent Yakta at tradeshows and dealer visits – with style, swagger, and substance

What We’re Looking For (Experience Optional, Attitude Required):

  • Sales experience in B2C or dealer networks is a plus

  • Knowledge of the outdoor power equipment industry or agricultural market = extra points

  • Strong communicator who knows when to talk and when to listen

  • A builder’s mindset: you like creating systems, not just following them

  • Results-focused, not excuse-driven

  • High energy, high accountability, and high emotional intelligence
