Location : Hybrid (Guildford Support Office)

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in turning insight into impact. If you live for ROAS, can decode LTV from a mile away, and thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution — we want you on our team!

As our E-Commerce Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll architect the strategy that moves revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value for a growing healthcare brand. You’ll synthesize market data, cohort economics, and funnel metrics into a clear growth roadmap, and roll up your sleeves to partner closely with content marketing to execute your plans.

Your mandate is equal parts commercial stewardship —owning P&L levers such as CAC, AOV, LTV and contribution margin—and customer-centric innovation , ensuring every campaign and on-site experiment converts browsers into loyal patients. If you can translate insight into ROI and rally cross-functional resources around measurable targets, we want you at the helm of our next stage of e-commerce expansion.

What You'll Own:

1. Growth Marketing - 45%

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that prioritizes increasing conversion rates, ROAS and customer LTV.
  • Set and manage growth KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates while driving budget efficiency and scaling smart.
  • Actively manage paid media campaigns across platforms (ie. Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels), leveraging automated bidding strategies and insights to optimize ad performance.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle email/SMS campaigns —including segmentation, win-back, and replenishment flows.
  • Design and run creative and audience experiments; analyse performance and iterate quickly.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, adjust targeting strategies, and maximize ROI.

2. Store Merchandising & Promotions - 25%

  • Plan and launch promotions, bundles, subscription SKUs, and vendor/partner initiatives.
  • Monitor pricing, margins, and inventory health; make data-driven adjustments to maximise contribution.
  • Design and manage patient-centric rewards/loyalty program, referral, and subscription programs to increase RCR.
  • Partner with Content Manager to generate personalized content, such as email campaigns, blog posts, and educational resources, that resonate with diverse patient segments.

3. Conversion Optimisation & Site Experience - 15%

  • Own the A/B testing roadmap for PDPs, checkout, upsell widgets, and page speed.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance (landing pages, upsells, checkout flows) to increase conversion rates, AOV, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to optimize SEO and drive improvements in organic growth.
  • Brief UX/design and developers; manage QA and rollout of site improvements.

4. Revenue Goal Setting and Reporting - 10%

  • Use forecasting tools to maintain accurate revenue projections based on historical data, market trends, and seasonal considerations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to establish annual revenue targets aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Provide detailed weekly performance reports and actionable insights to the executive team, including paid media performance metrics.
  • Work with finance and product management to reconcile monthly reporting as needed.

5. Vendor & Partner Coordination - 5%

  • Brief web developers or freelancers as needed; ensuring work is on time and on budget.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with platform reps (Google, Meta, Shopify apps) to stay ahead of new features and betas.

Hands-On “Must-Haves”

  • Located in BC and able to commute to our Surrey office 1–2 times/month
  • Launch, scale, and day-to-day management of Google (PPC/PMax) and Meta campaigns directly in the platforms.
  • Comfortable writing quick ad-copy variants, loading creative, and steering bid strategies without agency support.
  • Comfortable with GTM, pixels, and basic server-side tracking setup; can troubleshoot attribution gaps independently.
  • Build email & SMS flows end-to-end: segmentation, trigger logic, template editing, A/B tests, deliverability checks.
  • Is self-reliant and knows how to pull product and event data into flows on their own.
  • GA4 and Excel/Sheets power-user able to calculate CAC, ROAS, payback, and cohort LTV on the fly.
  • Direct experience with Shopify; can edit basic Shopify theme sections to deploy experiments.
  • Understands merchandising levers—bundles, upsells, cross-sells—and can implement them solo.
