You will be a key participant in and integral to the department, which handles complex litigation matters and you will work with seasoned lawyers in the field and be involved in sophisticated litigation matters across a variety of industr

The successful candidat

Have a law degree and be a member in good standing of the Que

bec Bar;Have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and civil litigation

matters;Have strong communication abilities (oral and written) and interpersonal

skills;Be a team player and have the ability to work independently and be reso

urceful;Provide strategic guidance and handle competing pri

orities;Have strong business acumen and client relationship
